Event host resources

Thank you for agreeing to host the USA Patriots in your community.  We are looking forward to visiting! 

The Playbook is intended to provide guidance to hosting communities in order to pull off a successful event with the USA Patriots. We are here to help guide you through every step of the process.  Reach out to the Executive Director whenever you have questions about planning your event.  We are aware that every community is different and what may work for one, may not work for another.  You as an event organizer have a deep understanding of your community and come up with unique ways to make your events a success! Please use this as a guide, but also be creative in making your event your own!

In addition to providing specific needs of the team while in your community, we have taken lessons learned from several communities that have hosted successful events and are providing things to think about as you plan your event.

The Playbook contains FAQs, game rules, and the RFP.

Here is access to our team assets folder. Here you will find approved photos, team bios, marketing pieces, resources to help with promotion of the team and our Kids Camp programming, and our branding guidelines. You are also able to access all official logos here and have full permission to use them to market your event.
