Scott “Scotty” Fura Jr. is an alumni of the first kids camp in Florida in 2013. Scotty lost his right arm in a lawn mower accident on October 6th, 2005 and first met the team in 2011 in Cooperstown, New York. He made his first game time appearance in Syracuse, New York, at the Syracuse Chiefs Stadium and continued to go to events throughout the years as a bat boy to events local to Central New York. Scotty has attended all three alumni camps in 2017, 2018, and 2019 and was invited to be a mentor at Kids Camp 2018 in New Hampshire. He lives in Camillus, NY and plans to pursue a career in Law Enforcement after he graduates college in 2023.
